R elocating to Brisbane from Sydney for work, Luke Fox and Alissa Leahy were eagerly looking for a home in the northern suburbs of Brisbane around Kedron, Gordon Park and Grange.

Their budget was in the mid-$800’s, and they ideally wanted a home on a 500m2 block that had been updated, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large deck off the living space and a pool.

We found a renovated character home in a quiet street in Gordon Park that fit the brief. The property was on a flat 506m2 block and featured 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, large covered deck flowing out from the living area and a pool. It was in an ideal location close to parks and public transport. There were multiple offers presented to the seller; however, we secured the property for $876,000. We also helped Luke and Alissa enrol their daughter into the local daycare.
