Property and client satisfaction are the driving passions for Meighan. At 23 she bought her first property and has not looked back.
Meighan began her career in recruitment then moved into corporate consulting with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Brisbane and Melbourne. Her passion for property called her to the real estate industry in 2002. After working as a selling agent, Meighan founded Property Pursuit in 2003 to service the needs of property buyers. Now in its 23rd year of operation, the Property Pursuit team has been involved in over 1000 property transactions in Queensland providing invaluable experience and expertise to our buyers.
Meighan served as a member of the Property Committee for Queensland not-for-profit organisation Multicap. She is an active advocate for increasing the professional standards and qualifications required for those involved in providing property advice in Australia. In 2009 Meighan was contracted by the REIQ to author and deliver the course – Acting as a Buyer’s Agent and was the Chairman of the REIQ Buyer’s Agent Chapter for 4 years.
Meighan is regularly asked to provide expert commentary about the Queensland property market including Sky News Channel “Your Money Your Call”, the Real Estate Talk show on 4BC radio & 2UE, Martin North’s Digital Analytics, and is also a guest speaker at seminars for financial planners and accountants including Snelleman Tom, Mercer Wealth Solutions, AG Private Advisory, as well as various mortgage brokers and TAFE QLD. Her commentary has been reported in The Financial Review, The Courier Mail, Sunday Mail, Eureka Report, Australian Property Investor Magazine, Your Mortgage Magazine, Smart Property Investor, The Elephant in the Room podcast and various local Brisbane magazines, newspapers and online property sites.
Meighan is also the co-founder of Home Buyer Academy – an online course designed for first home buyers and co-presenter of the podcast Your First Home Buyer Guide.
As the Founder and Director of the Property Pursuit group, Meighan provides strategic direction for the company as well as specific market expertise for the Buyer’s Agent Team.

- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor of Arts in psychology, Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, Cert IV in Assessment and Workplace Training
- Licensed Real Estate Agent
- Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ).
