Misti & Stuart had been renting in East Brisbane after moving to Brisbane from the Gold Coast via Sydney. They loved the area and wanted to settle in Brisbane long term, so had decided to buy a home. They searched by themselves briefly, before deciding they didn’t know Brisbane or the local market well enough and also found they didn’t have enough time to dedicate to the process.

The home was cute character cottage with a unique layout that suited their lifestyle perfectly; had a beautiful elevated outlook and was only 400m from where they had been renting… the perfect location close to all the local amenities they loved to frequent. That had missed out at auctions previously & were nervous they would lose this one, but we were able to negotiate a purchase prior to auction day, $75,000 under budget and they were thrilled.
