Located in a lovely part of Ashgrove the tidy Queenslander was situated on a fairly flat 810m2 block and had the potential to raise and renovate into the ideal home. The clients instantly fell in love with it. The seller was looking to achieve a sale price of $1,200,000, though we negotiated the price to $1,162,000.
