S hane and Sandy were renting a property we managed in Kedron when they expressed a desire to find a family home in the same area. With Shane working away most of the time, Sandy working full-time and a one-year-old keeping them busy, they were time poor and needed help with their property search.
Their ideal home would be in good condition and include four bedrooms, two bathrooms, multiple living areas and be walking distance to the Kedron Brook parkland. It would be within their $1 million budget and ideally, have dual living potential to rent out a section separately.
Exceeding their brief, we were able to purchase a replica Queensland style family home well within budget for $905,000. The property featured five bedrooms, three bathrooms, multiple living areas and was already set up for dual living with a tenant in place on the lower level. It also had a pool and direct access to Kedron Brook parkland from their backyard.
