A fter many years living in remote locations running major mining operations, this professional couple were ready to settle into city living in Brisbane. Only 4 years old this architecturally designed and master- built contemporary home was located on 810m2 of flat land. With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large fully fitted Butler’s kitchen, media room, pool and spa it had the required 4 car side by side garaging.
This magnificent contemporary home was one of the first properties they were drawn to, but well above budget. After several weeks and many inspections of other inferior homes, we decided to give it a go and see if the impossible was possible. In a complex negotiation that lasted more than a week, we secured the home well under budget. Now our wonderful clients have settled in to their luxurious home and enjoy being able to walk to the Racecourse Road café precinct for coffee everyday.
